Если дело твое трудно, или неприятно, или злонамеренными людми припятствуется и ведет тебя к унынию:- не будь малодушен, не линись, не предавайся гневу, досаде, ропоту и т.п. - от этого дело пойдет непременно медленнее или совсем не пойдет. А чтобы во время тяжкого, продолжительного или неприятного труда удобнее сохранить душу в святм расположении и предохранить ее от всякого небоугодного расположения, очень хорошо оживлять и укреплять себя следующими мыслями: -дело, которое мне кажется так трудным и неприятным, без сомнения спасительно для моей души, - дело которым я занимаюсь, есть может быть уже последнее в моей жизни.
